Technology hates me.
Fact: The first iPod I ever had wouldn’t even turn on.
Fact: This most recent phone refused to charge for the longest time.
Fact: My first laptop (a Gateway piece of shit) frequently tried to kill itself and eventually succeeded.
Fact: The Tassimo machine my mother bought me (I don’t even drink coffee) stopped working for no reason at all.
Fact: The battery in my next computer (a piece of shit HP) had to be replaced into a 6 pound piece of crap that would eventually not even hold a charge.
Fact: The HP shitbox frequently overheated in the last weeks of its life making any work I had to do for the play near impossible to complete.
FACT: When I had purchased this new computer my old HP stopped working entirely. Causing me to lose all of my music and writings, and a good portion of my recent photos.
This is a conspiracy. Technology is going to turn on us all. They’ve just chosen to start with me.
